Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, but your returned item must meet the following conditions.
- Unused
- Intact
- In original packaging
Delivery fees incurred by returns are the burden of the buyer.
Q: When will I receive my product?
A: Depending on the product, we offer 2-5 days standard shipping time.(2 days for Express shipping). We also offer products which due to popularity, may take 4+ weeks to arrive due to backorder and COVID-19 It may be delayed for various reasons such as:
- Weather
- COVID-19
- Holidays
- Emergencies and foreign policy
We are not responsible for missing estimated delivery times. That being said, if your delivery is late, please email us at support@avisupply.com so we can mitigate the issue.
